Text messages from Masterton Medical

Masterton Medical uses Vensa to send text messages for appointment reminders and to send “Pay by Link” text messages to pay your account.

We’re excited to introduce a new system via Vensa that makes checking on your health status and ensuring you are well through text messages.
We understand that it is becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate between legitimate texts and scams.

How to Spot Our Messages: When you receive a text from us, any link will always include vensa.com/
Some examples of valid links are:

  1. smk.vensa.com/example1
  2. payb.vensa.com/example2

The important part is the vensa.com/ this means that the message is from us

Stay Alert for Scams: Be cautious!
Scammers often try to mimic our messages.
For instance, links like vensa.nz.com/ are not from us.

If a link doesn’t contain vensa.com/ it’s likely a scam.

If you ever feel uncertain about a message, please don’t hesitate to contact our admin team.
They are always aware of our outgoing messages and are here to help.

Take care and stay safe!
