Vensa Patient Portal

 We are excited to announce that we are transitioning from our current patient portal, ManageMyHealth (MMH), to the new Vensa patient portal.
The official go-live date for the Vensa portal has not been set but is planned for February 2025 and will be confirmed in late December

Why the Change?

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and efficient online experience. The Vensa portal will offer enhanced features for booking appointments, requesting repeat prescriptions, and viewing lab results.

What You Need to Know

  • Current Portal Closure: ManageMyHealth (MMH) will no longer be available after the migration.
  • New Portal Activation: All your medical information will be accessible through the Vensa portal after the migration.

How to Sign Up

All patients that are currently enrolled on MMH will automatically transfer over to Vensa so will not need to do anything.

All patients new to MML or new to a patient portal will be signed up by our team during the enrolment process.

Managing Family Members

  • Multiple Family Members: You can register multiple family members using one email address by selecting a main account holder. Follow the guide here to add family members to your care circle.
  • Children’s Medical Records: Parents can access their children’s records through the family ‘Care Circle’ function. Each child needs a separate registration to maintain record privacy.
